Imagine, you have a 2 months old baby. Is this water enough to clean your baby nappies using water that arrives once in 3 days for 15 mins ?
This is a real situation happening in India, Peeplee Ka Bas. The residents can only fill their buckets for 15 minutes every 48 hours. A country with millions of brilliant scientist and programmers. Water crisis is no longer a problem that we can continue ignore.

orange, To ignore the impending disaster is like being an ostrich, buried the head under the sand is not going to solve the problem.

I didn’t say that I was ignoring anything. There is a difference between ignoring a problem and trying to scare people. There is a difference between informing the public and misleading them with poorly-reasoned documents such as that presentation on disposable chopsticks.
Finally, what you meant was “Ignoring the impending disaster” and “burying our heads in the sand”. In each case, you need to make sure that the verbs have the same tense. And “burying the head” makes it sound like we’re improperly disposing of body parts.
